Included is the charter, correspondence, minutes from 1982-1990, performance awards, the President's Appreciation Award, and proposals and studies. Materials date from between 1981 and 1990.

Contains faculty records from the College of Fine Arts and Communications, including the Helaman Halls dedicatory program, self-evaluations and evaluation reports, faculty load reports, the University Handbook, undergraduate scholarship and awards brochures, the records of Harvey Taylor and Joseph T. Bentley, information about the college, alumni information, and department chair meetings. Materials date from between 1956 and 1966.

Contains the general records of the College of Fine Arts and Communications and includes records about services, the library, facilities, scheduling, mail management, permits, personnel, awards, alumni association, continuing education, various individuals associated with the college, policies and procedures, accreditation, students, publications, KBYU correspondence, and other materials relating to the college. Materials date from between 1981 and 1994.

Contains general administrative files on rank advancements, appointments, benefits, conflict of interest, development, overload approvals, research, and salaries, as well as individual faculty files.
